Charming Wood Antique Vintage Horse Marionette, Folk Art Thai Burmese, Large Puppet. Condition is "Used". It has lovely folk style painted details in pink, green and black. It's a fabulous decorator piece for many styles. It can sit on a shelf, or be hung for display.
This beautiful horse measures:
22" long total, kneeling with legs bent outward.
The body is is about 11" long.
Chest is about 6" wide including top of legs.
Standing its approximately  17" tall, not including  the ears.
The ears are leather and appear to be replacements. The ears on these are usually wood. The head has a genuine horsehair mane and detaches  with a wire loop hook & nail. This gives it movement. Tail is horsehair also. The strings look original, there are no controlers.
I aquired it at an estate sale, about 20 years ago. I paid over 0 for it.
It has wear constant with it's age and rustic hand made construction.
Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I will refund any overage paid for shipping. I don't charge more than USPS charges me.
