You can mount this dispenser 2 ways:
1) Use the 3M tape already provided on the back of the dispenser. The wipes are provided to clean the surface wall before mounting.
2) Use the 4 screws/anchors provided to hard mount the dispenser.
There is an installation video available on the Betco website.
